You will also be able to set your own asking price and have the option of getting your home valued to ensure a fair asking price.
This is part of the reason why online estate agents and property portals appear to be so popular because they make it easy to sell and buy property. Potential property buyers and sellers can take more control over the sale of the property. The whole point of a property portal is to make buying and selling property easier for you.
