You will also be able to set your own asking price and have the option of getting your home valued to ensure a fair asking price.
This is part of the reason why online estate agents and property portals appear to be so popular because they make it easy to sell and buy property. Potential property buyers and sellers can take more control over the sale of the property. Some property portals operate on a commission free basis, which is great news too as it allows property owners to pay a one-off fee to list their property, and then they won’t take any commission from the final sale price.

The whole point of a property portal is to make buying and selling property easier for you.
